i signed up for the arlo smart subscription and does not store 30 days of recording, only 7. all cameras are active on the account.

It shows on the email from when I signed up it has 30 access

Have you gone into "manage camera status" and checked that the cameras are all active?

Yes it shows 5 allowed 5 active
