Receiving Incorrect Motion Notifications (Smart Notifications)

Hi

 

Why am I receiving 'Motion' notifications on some of my cameras when the 'Smart Notifications' is ONLY set for 'People'. When the motion notifcation comes through, it also does NOT record to my library.

 

Please find attached configuration & info.

Hi Shrick,

 

Did you check to make sure that you have your cameras on the "Active Cameras" on "Smart Notifications"? You can check this by going to Settings > "Smart Notifications" under Arlo Smart.

Is this on the new Arlo app or legacy app? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app to see if that helps?
