Purchased Arlo plan and it says to drag camera to add it to the plan but it does not work. I am getting frustrated. Please help.

Yes it did! Thank you. Apparently you have to assign cameras on a computer. The phone app is broken for at least that function. Once you get them assigned the phone app works fine. Thanks for the help!
