Plan goes away when you sign up for $2.99/camera when trial period is over

Arlo sells products with bold packaging that functions disappear once the trial period is over then u go out and find their monitoring plan and when u go to sign up for the 2.99 for 1 camera the plan goes away and they try to up sell u to a more expensive plan

What model do you have? They have different options. Did you sign up for a plan while still on the trial for that camera?

I think u are trying to tell me the doorbell ring goes away when the free trial goes away?

That is fraud as your packaging does not really highlight that and who ever heard of a doorbell that does not ring?

Your web functionality to sign up for a single camera ie, door bell does not alliow confirmation of my subscription😰
