I recently bought an add on Camera for my system to fill a gap. I originally bought a 6 camera system from Best Buy. After seeing a had a surveillance gal, we went to BEST BUY and ended up buying a 7th camera. Syncing to the base seemed to go alright however, it now says I have to pay for a subscription. If this was the case, might have selected a different system. Can someone advise? I tried calling to speak with someone yesterday but after an hour on hold, I was disconnected.

This has always been the case - the free plan has always been for 5 cameras or 6, if you bought the specific 6 camera set. Once you reach that limit, you can either subscribe to a plan or use a second account with a second email address to set up a new system, which would also require a second base. Once set up you can use Settings, Grant Access from the new account to the original one so everything is seen in that one login.
