I paid 99 dollars upfront for a years subscription covering up to 10 cameras. It's up for renewal in November. If I add an 11th camera, I'll need to upgrade my subscription. Since I've already paid through November, will Arlo allow me to upgrade to the 149 plan and give me some type of credit so it won't get charged the full amount?

If you upgrade your subscription now, Arlo should refund the remaining amount due on the old subscription plan and then charge you the $149, It might not be in that order.
