I pay $9.99/ month for the Arlo smart subscription which means I should have access to 30 days worth of video. I logged in to download video from the beginning of October to find that no video is available until October 6.

 

30 days from today (11/3/2019) is October 3, 2019 therefore please advise the reason I do not have access to October 3-5.
