Package Delivered notification has been99.9% wrong. The learning curve for Arlo seems insurmountable sending in bad clips. Programmers: How about an option to send in the clip when a package is in fact delivered and Arlo misses it?

There already is an option to donate videos.

Did you follow the guidelines installing the camera and setting it up for packages?
Ie camera has to be facing the path and see the delivery person from at least three meters away. And did you select/mark the spot where packages are left?

They could streamline the donation, but I think if they do that they should condition that on an explicit opt-in.  Right now the system is set up so that Arlo doesn't access your videos.  Saying "not a package" or "yes, it is a package" won't do anything by itself - the video needs to be curated, and potentially added to a training or testing set.  It needs to be clear that you are giving Arlo access to the video itself when you provide that feedback.

There is currently only one bad option to donate a clip regarding a “package” There needs to be, when it is missed by the auto system a manual option to send a clip of a package being delivered. Again lazy programming at Arlo.
