Every time I open the current updated Arlo App on Android there a 5 notifications saying all 5 of my cameras are off line. As soon as I open yhe notifications tab, the disappear automatically one by one in quick succession.

The device are NEVER actually off line.

Very annoying.

Android 14, App is updated. 

Arlo Ultra2 cameras.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

 

 

Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app?

Yes, deleted App and reinstalled. Same issue still.

@ShayneS I've raised this issue before and it was ignored. I have the same problem on my Android app: whenever a camera is armed, I get a message at the start that the camera is offline. This message then disappears. If I don't remove the app from memory, then the message doesn't occur. Once more cameras are armed, the message includes additional cameras. If the system isn't armed, the message doesn't appear either.

 

It's embarrassing that it's yet another bug and even more embarrassing that the updates your company release are not adequately tested to address such issues. In other words, someone in your company does a very poor job at validating, testing and certifying firmware and software updates, if at all.

Web portal is of mo help. Only shows my Account and paid  Plan details.

No access to cameras, notifications  or events.

Are you accessing it on a PC?  It sounds like you are using a phone or tablet.
