Arlo secure subscription code not accepted

Hi.

Bought 2 month ago Arlo Go2 camera. Everything works fine, but can't be activated Arlo 24 month subscription code which came in the box with camera. Can't really figure out how to reach support or someone who could explain that.

Big thanks to the mods @ShayneS@JamesC , @BrookeN! Case solved un probably closed.

Although I should admit that is crazy as hell to understand how to reach support. If not this thread and extra talks with mods, it won't be possible.

So be kind to mods! They are helping us here. 😁

Where are you located? Not all countries can get a subscription.

I am located in Latvia, Europe. But can't see any evidance that subscription code doesn't apply here.

I’m trying to find help, I have paid for the subscription three times and it’s saying it’s not accepted.

I have bay Arlo go 2.
two devices
but one secure subscription doesn't work for me.

only works on one device, both codes are valid.

I only allow one camera to work with a secure subscription code

Hello,

 

i have two arlo go 2

 

each has its own code that will be valid for 24 months

 

activates the code for the first arlo go 2, everything works, records video and sends.

 

activate the second code arlo go 2, then the activation of the first arlo go 2 disappeared, only the second arlo go 2 works.

 

 

PS.

I have two codes, two arlo go 2, but I can't confirm both at the same time. when one is confirmed the other disappears.

 

is it possible to post private screenshots for easier understanding?
