Missing some notifications

Bought a pro5 after my essential spotlight broke, and got upgraded to new app. Now vehicles are being marked as motion notifications and on my pro 4 and the pro 5 is missing vehicles and people when everything is enabled in my notifications, I have a subscription , and good connection. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
