Good evening! I am just wondering if any of you in the community are having issues with Arlo charging your bank accounts?
I just noticed today that there is a random $99 charge from Arlo in my bank account. I have attempted the past couple of hours to contact ANYBODY and as expected, the only phone number for customer support that I am receiving is the wrong number according to Verizon cellular service.
If there are any Arlo representatives here, please publish customer support phone numbers that are working, and let me know. I would like to clarify what the charges are for before I report this witdrawal to my banking institution.
