An automatic renewal subscription amount was charged to my credit card and I have been trying for over a month to get this cancelled as I can no longer use this system due to insufficient broadband speed.  Despite taking screenshots of the screen I see on my desktop pc and sending them this information I keep getting the same email back about how it should have the option to cancel. It just shows that I have no plan. So therefore nothing to cancel but I have as I have paid for it. I rang Arlo up but got cut off! I have emailed about 5 times and even sent a Messenger message. Still no further on!
