Hello,

 

I was just charged for one more year of Premium Video Recording but as there are new smart plans(Elite and Premiere), the Premium Video Recording is not necessary anymore. 

 

But still they automatically charged me for another year... where can I ask for a refund as support is more or less hardware/software oriented.

Thank you. I have seen that they gave me a credit for paid amount which I could use for different plans. Thank you

Just keep in mind, if you change to a new plan you can't go back

I had a free one year plan and I bought Premium Video Recording for 4k cloud storage. Now with new plans you can buy 4k for a single camera so 4k is included in the plan already.
