Have to wait for 3-months Arlo Smart Plan Subscription trial to end to make changes?

With the Arlo Smart Plan Subscription it records the camera type, the location (like parking)) of the camera and the camera serial number, when a camera no longer works and is replaced by a new camera ( different serial number) in the same location (parking), it should be easy to change the serial number of the new camera in the Arlo Smart Subscription plan.

But no, you have to wait for the 3-months trial to end before you can make changes to the plan. Ridiculous. And spend

another hour or so to speak to a person in the subscription department. There should be a simple LINK to the Arlo Smart Plan Subscription Department ONLINE in order to make changes when needed. Arlo is a Tech company with a sluggish technical department/management.

You can cancel the trial at any time if that helps. You would then be able to move the camera in Settings, Subscription, Arlo Smart, Manage Cameras.

Also, you can subscribe w/o the help of tech support (unless something goes wrong, which isn't very common).
