I am trying to update my payment card. Two things …. Main point, the Country section has been pre-populated by Arlo because of the country I was in when I set up the account (France). BUT that is not the country in which my card is registered. I cannot change the Country, even if I do this from a PC. And hence my card is being rejected again and again. This needs to be fixed otherwise I cannot pay or upgrade which is what I am trying to do. I see others have had the same problem but no post has suggested a solution.
Second point - surely by now, a modern tech company should have other payment methods than just cards …. !??

Not sure if Paypal is available in your country but it is an option for Arlo payment at least in U.S. I use it now to avoid the CC problems.
