I just upgraded my plan to premiere plan. Granted my husband to have e911 access but its not showing on his account. Its only giving him access for siren. The call a friend access does not even show. Please help.....thank you.

Hi Jingem,

 

Do you have "Allow Access to e911" enabled for your husband's account? Otherwise, try to delete his grant access and re-invite again to see if that helps.

I do have it enabled. I have enabled rights and e911 access. I deleted him and re-invited him again many times but its still the same. He only has access to activate "siren alarm". Does not even give him access to "call a friend". Please help!!! Thanks.

What phone device are you and your husband using? And can you provide a screenshot what your husband sees on his account when he taps on the white shield icon on the top right-hand corner?
