Can't subscribe after moving from DE - Subscription issue

I am trying to subscribe to a plan, however when I go to enter billing information, the country is pre-selected as The Netherlands, and I can't change it. I was in the Netherlands when I purchased the system on-line at Best Buy, and it was delivered to my home in the US. My billing address is in the US. Is there a way to change the country in the billing info? Thanks!

I was told that I could not update my location and the customer service representative, Charlyn, was also unable to update my location. Now I'm unable to pay for a subscription for my account just because I was stationed overseas... cool. She tried to assist me, but in the most baffling way imaginable Arlo decided that nobody will ever move so there is NEVER an instance in which you can change your country of residence... 10/10 for Arlo!
