Can't Subscribe to a Plan - Arlo Pro 3

hi guys

Can't Subscribe to a Plan

got a Arlo Pro 3 kit (2 cam + hub)

everytime I try to setup a suscription nothing happens...

I can do local storage (via usb drive) but no cloud at all

 

both cams are H9 hardware

firmware 1.060.10.18_749_4b65ff8

The Pro2 and older do not need a smart subscription for free 7 day cloud storage but the Pro3 and up do so that may be why they have it. Those cams were part of the Legacy program and were grandfathered in when Arlo change their policy.

The smart plan is not available in some countries that may be your issue.

then, no cloud for me at all?

Yes unfortunately. Not sure why but may be government or other issues preventing it.
