Arlo won't charge my card to renew my yearly plan

I had a yearly plan.  I was recently informed it would renew for $99.  Then I was informed I had to update my card.  I updated my card.  They didn't bill it.  I called to ask why they have not run the renewal.  I was told that they did just charge the card and everything was find and to ignore any further emails on the subject.  Many calls and hours on the phone later after my premier account switched off.  Their "solution" was to try to get me to buy monthly plans at a 50% rate hike.  What a disgusting bait-and-switch.

Has anyone been able to renew their yearly plan in Jan 2020?

I think this will be the new business model, if you like your plan you can keep your plan, hahaha. I think one of the higher ups said that it was going to be possible. But time will tell.
