Hi, I have a Arlo Smart plan for my 3 Arlo Pro 2 cameras. I can only see last 14 days recording instead of 30 days. I am see smart notifications enabled. Any known issues or I am missing something?

I see you currently have the Arlo No Subscription option. This plan allows for 7 days rolling recordings in 1080p. I have provided more details regarding this here. What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud recording is available?

@ShayneS - I have a Arlo Smart plan and I am paying 7.99 AUD monthly for it. I do have the receipts. I received a respones from your team to change my plan to a new plan which is not a satisfactory response as it will double my charges. I plan to cancel my subscription if I don't get a right resolution.
