I get this trying to start a subscription.... Master plan not assigned on the account. Unable to assign supplemental plan.

Any ideas?

Where are you? Have you checked the FAQ in the support area here to see what countries can get plans? It's a limited list.

I'm having the same issue and I live in Florida. There is no option to select a Master Plan that I can find.

To follow-up, I did get a resolution after talking to support. There was no error message but the issue was that I needed to re-enter my card number even though it looked fine. Once I did that, it just worked like normal.

This message exists on both the App and website..
Why is a message shown using terms that don't even exist? "Master plan" ? Correct this! A error message should help the customer understand the issue.. NOT REFERENCE SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT EXIST...
