Arlo plans - you will not be able to view the local storage of your app

When did Arlo change there plans I have the free Premier plan when I bought the ultras anybody who was on the free Premier plan when you purchased the ultras you will not be able to view the local storage of your app with the updated arlo app

This feature will be available very soon. The development team still has some small changes to make before the feature is fully available but the 2.12 version of the mobile app will be the version needed to support direct storage access. I will provide an update here when this feature is fully available.

CVR plan I do want to get two cameras on CVR plan but it will not let me do this there is no option to tick box

Which client are you using, the web client on a PC or Android? If using Android, do you have the lastest version of the Arlo mobile app installed?

I am using iOS I have tried iPhone Mac book/ and windows pc it will not let choose a camera
