I understand this topic was previously closed, but this issue is still unresolved in my eyes. Do not understand why a billing history cannot be included in this portal so the client can download a copy of their monthly invoice in order to reconcile against CC statement. It is very much of a hassle to make this simple request each month through the chat function. Can't think of one service portal we use that is deficient in this aspect, except YOURS!
