I previously had been using several Arlo cameras and recently bought several Arlo Ultras.  This started the free 1 year Smart Premier plan.  I would like to upgrade to the Smart Elite plan (I have more than 10 cameras).  When I try to upgrade from the $99 plan to the $149 plan on the website, the charge will be $149.  Is there a way I can pay $50 to upgrade?

The free plan is not transferable and cannot be credited toward other subscription plans.
