Since the Arlo iPhone app was updated recently, smart alerts get triggered for motion events but a video is not always captured. Around 1 in 3 motion events fail to capture a video. I get a still shot on the main app, however, but that's it. I have an Arlo Pro system with 5 cameras, and the problem occurs with all cameras. I've tried rebooting the base, camera on/off, and so forth. Any ideas?

Hi @DocCJC,
Are you able to see these videos when checking through the web browser on your computer?

Jessica,
Just tried that, and yes, I can see the videos through the Web browser. But I think I've solved the problem. The Arlo app on my phone was v2.5.5. I manually updated it to the latest version and now I can see all the videos.
