Arlo Pro 4 Cameras Fraudulent Billing for Pro Services

I received my credit card statement in the mail this week. On the statement is a charge for $218.01 for professional services on 4/10/24. I think someone may be fraudulently using my account. First of all, I have not requested any services. Secondly, when I do infrequently contact Arlo Support it is to ask for assistance for resolving an issue. The last call was on 3/7/24.
I find it frustrating that there is no information provided anywhere to contact the Arlo billing department directly. I am asking my credit card company to hold the fraudulent charge as I can't contact the Arlo billing department.
Please provide a name and contact information for someone to whom I can speak directly regarding this issue.
