Hi all. Read a lot post but my one still not working.
Setting up port forward
Asking public ip address
But the port refresh form the app still show time out on canyouseeme.org. other ports fine show the isp did not block it.

There are a couple of possibilities here.
One is that you set up the port forwarding rule incorrectly. Generally you want to
- assign the smarthub a local IP address in the router (so it always gets the same one).
- forward the port to that local IP address. I suggest forwarding both TCP and UDP.
Another one is that you might be double-routing. If you have both a router and modem, then the modem might actually be a gateway (modem+router combination). Can you give more details on what you have between your ISP and the base station? Include manufacturer and model info for whatever electronics are on the path.
