We haven’t had a video show up in our library since April of this year. All of our cameras have power and everything is plugged in. We have internet connection and we can view the cameras from a remote location. All the other community problem solved posts is just from the company that says problem solved but with no solution.

Which cameras? You can look inside the battery compartment for a label that shows VMCxxxx. Are they connected to a base/hub or directly to your WiFi? Do you have a subscription for cameras newer than the Pro 2?
