Arlo App and Subscription Failure

Hello! I am reaching out as I had absolutely no luck with the support methods. They were beyond unhelpful. My partner and I have an Arlo doorbell and we wanted a subscription, I went into my app and on the doorbell I set up the subscription. Only after doing so and money being deducted from my bank account did I realise that the doorbell is only shared with me and is registered to my partners account. I cancelled my subscription and got my partner to log on and start the subscription on his account with the registered doorbell. Is there anyway I can be refunded for the amount that was deducted from my bank account? Seeing as I paid and then requested cancellation about 5 mins apart. The online chat support just ended the chats and was incredibly unhelpful sending corporate lines. So any advice would be greatly appreciated!

No. Once you unsubscribe, you get the rest of the month before it expires.
