Animated preview playback speed

I’ve recently upgraded my iPhone from  the Xs to the 14 and went from iOS 14 something to iOS 16 something. On the new phone, the animated previews play at what seems like 10x speed and I can’t seem to find how to slow them down. It’s pretty much unusable at this speed. Any advice?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Not much, resetting phone, disabling / enabling animated preview in smart notifications on the arlo app. Still same issue

Can you try and reboot or remove and re-install the camera.
