4 times now I have tried to cancel even with support help but Arlo just keeps billing me

After receiving bad advice  from Arlo Support about adding cameras to my system for $4 for a single camera I bought 2 new Arlo cameras.  When i tried to add the camera it rejected the extra camera - after seeking some help as to why I was told I was given bad information and am now stuck with 2 extra cameras I cant use,   but here is the extra slap in the face Arlo has kept charging me $4.49 ever since for a service Arlo where not giving me.   I phoned support 2 months ago (when I realised they had kept charging me over a year)  and support told me I could not get a refund and took me through to remove the service.  NOW i find I am still being charged  for the last 2 months after it was supposed to be cancelled.

Is anyone else having this sort of trouble with Arlo?
