Just got 2 security lights and after I got them installed, one I was not working. I removed it, then re-added it. It works but there is no Firmware or hardware numbers. The first one checked for updates, this one did not and I can’t see how to update the firmware thru the settings. Any suggestions would be great.

It's working fine with the rule for it and you can manually turn it on and off through the app?
You might be able to trigger a firmware update by power cycling the bridge

Also, is there any way to keep the lights on longer than the 10 seconds they stay on now when they detect motion?

Power cycling means unplugging it and plugging it back in since it has no on/off button or switch.
Yes, you need to edit the rule for the bridge, probably Armed, and change the length of time it stays on. It can stay on up to 2 minutes when motion activated and indefinitely when manually switched on
