Not able to Grant access to Wi-Fi base cameras

My wife has access to the cameras that are connected to our base but every time I try to Grant her access to the ones that are straight off our Wi-Fi I get an error "operation failed"

No idea why that is happening.

But one work-around is to just have her use your Arlo credentials on her phone.
