If lights set to trigger, they don't come on at all. Tried reinstalling app and reset Base.

OK we have a Pro system.  Three cameras and three lights.  Cameras work great.  Lights work great.  But if we try to trigger one from another the lights quit working all together.  No light, no trigger to the cameras until the camera itself triggers.  Take that trigger off and everything works independantly just as it should.  We have tried everything from resetting the base.  To reinstalling the app.  To removing the trigger and adding it back.  Does anyone have a clue what is causing the lights to not work at all if they are set to trigger the camera??

Could you clarify what trigger you tried creating that makes the Arlo Lights stop working? Are you using the custom mode or the default "Armed" mode for this?
