Hi The QR code on my bridge is damaged. I need to re add the bridge as it’s dropped off my network and will not reconnect. Can I download or get a copy of my QR code?

If you mean the qr code on the back of the bridge is damaged, you have to go thru Arlo support with the serial number or mac info

It won't help now, but I always take photos of those QR codes for future use.
That means that you can even set things up without having to use the QR code on the device itself.
