Changed WiFi, trying to connect Bridge. Takes 3 minutes to reboot but says offline.

Changed WiFi, so trying to connect bridge. Bridge connects and it says will takev3 minutes to reboot, but the bridge goes lightless and app is showing offline

The App will show the Bridge as offline during those 3 minutes (since you already saw the WiFi change successful message and were asked to wait). Did you try checking in after to see if the Bridge is now online again? Note that during regular operation, the Bridge LED remains off.
