My Bridge cannot connect and I have tried a factory reset, but it will not do anything. Only solid purple when I plug it in. Unable to reset. Not happy. Please advise.

Hi James, thank you for replying.
I have to say that I threw in the towel with that, and exchanged the set at Costco. I brought home the new set of three lights and was able to get it all set up well.
However, I can see that the lights are working and I am getting motion alerts from the lights, but it does not seem that the lights are turning on when I get the motion alert....unless that is only because it is day time. ???? I will have to check that out tonight when the sun goes down.
Suggestions?

snorris,
The lights have an ambient light sensor that only allows them to turn on once the environment lightning is reduced below a certain threshold.
Glad to hear the exchanged kit is working as expected.

Why can't you reset? Are you trying the two methods here?
