Setting up new three security light set from Costco. When attempting to connect Arlo bridge to Wi-Fi network 1) networks don’t show up in the selection list and 2), when I manually enter the information for the 2.4 network the .attept fails and time out.
I have verified that it is using a compatible security protocol, that is a 2.4 GHz network and that my phone is connected to the same network using the same login credentials. Ideas?

Perform a factory reset and try the setup process again:
- Unplug your bridge and then plug it back into a wall outlet.
- Wait until the LED changes to solid purple, then press and hold the Sync button.
- Continue holding the Sync button until the LED changes to solid amber, about 15 seconds, then release the Sync button.
- Wait until the LED changes to blinking amber, about 90 seconds.
Your bridge is now reset to factory default settings. - Try the setup process again.
