Arlo Security Bridge cannot find WiFi. Using Android Phone.

I have a ABB100 bridge for my light and I cant get it to find wifi. I'm using Android Phone.

Where does it fail and what error messages do you see, if any.

 

What do you see on the LED on the bridge?
