you charged me for service and I'm not getting it.

I purchased the secure service for $19.25 on November 3rd, this was after the free trial ended. My service was reinstated and everything functioned until this afternoon when I was notified that my free trial had ended and I needed to pay for the service. You got my money because you turned my service back on. I have evidence that I paid because it's on my bank statement even though you've deleted it from my account on your website. 

 

So do I get the service I paid for, or do I tell my bank to take my money back and report your organization for fraud to every government organization and leave a review like this with every merchant who sells your product?

Did you check that the cameras are in the subscription plan?  You might need to drag them into the plan manually.

 

Or is the issue that you aren't seeing the subscription plan at all in the app?
