Its the same for me ... before it was loading after 1minute ( when people where already gone) but now its just not loading.

If it's a wireless version, try bringing it indoors for testing. It may be a connection issues to your router or hub.

Nice tips but have done them, removed it from the hub, even sitting next to the router. Somtimes it worked but offend just black screen . But when it work the startup time (wake up process) takes ages 1-2 min .. if you have te app open and the cam on focus on background it opens within 15 second .. but the purpose of a doorbell is that its triggered unexpected …
