re add cameras to arlo plan

I have two cameras out of five that do not record anymore. I had to delete and add again this has been done before and has never been an issue. I go to my subscription and manage cameras. Then

there is a greyed out area that states drag camera in here to add but I don't see any cameras to add. Any suggestions?
