I have been using arlo for a couple of years, with out a subscription,

I have a video that has gone off line because of age, 9 days, if I subscribe to Arlo will the video still be there for the 30 days retrieval?

Unfortunately, no. The video was deleted when the retention limit was reached, so subscribing now will not restore it.
