app friend invite stays pending

Hi,
I am desperately trying to add my wife as friend from the app and the invite stays pending whatever.
I sent the invite to her email from the app after I logged in.
First she received an email that asked to creat an account what she did.
Then an email ask to verify the email what she did.
Now that all of that is done she can not add the camera from the app when logged in and her invite is still pending when I look from my account on my app.
What is going on ?

FWIW, she doesn't add the camera.  It would be added automatically when the invite is accepted.

Have her do the steps again using a PC browser (my.arlo.com).

Thank you Stephen,

It worked through a Mac instead of safari through the iPhone for whatever reason …
She didn’t have to add camera as you said, it was on right away.
The status went to « activated ».
