I paid the billing today, December 6, 2024. However, the system automatically processed two payments.
I changed my plan to the yearly plan, which should be charged at 255.61 HKD. However, your system charged me both 255.61 HKD and 283.61 HKD.
Please clarify this issue and process a refund. I only need one the yearly plan.

You access support using the support center in the app (not the browser). I suggest using the phone support method.
