I changed the email associated with my account a few days ago, but need to revert back to the original email. However, when I try to change back, it says "This email already exists". It appears the system holds on to the old email as associated with an account, but if I try to log in with the original email, nothing works. The virtual support has not been helpful and I have not been able to reach a human to assist with this very simple problem.
