Won’t allow to purchase a subscription

Hello, I’ve recently ended my free trail and now looking to purchase a plan for my cameras. I select what plan I want to buy, then put in my info Marion and payment details but when I go to click it comes up with ‘Update Payment Info’ and won’t allow me to click it. I have tried both Safari and Google Crome and have also clear caches, cookie and history. Has anyone had the same problem?

I am having the same issue. I do not see an “agree to terms and conditions and submit payment” button AT ALL. all I see is “update payment information” but the button doesn’t do anything.

Yes I am. Only option is to “update payment information” there’s no button to agree to terms or submit / confirm subscription.

I am having the same issue.  I've tried to purchase a subscription on multiple different devices and browsers and the website alwasys freezes on the "Choose a Subscription that is right for you page."  I get a "Please Wait" icon and no further progress.  Can someone at Arlo please contact me? 

 

It's unacceptable that there's no phone number or email address to contact for help, just a community bulletin board and an ineffective chatbot.
