Why no user manual for Arlo Version 4 and the Home Security System, ...

This is from a "reply" that I made a few minutes ago, but as I posted it, I realized it was worthy of a post itself, ...

Why is there no "user manual"?  The system as a whole is fairly complicated, and it takes a lot of looking around on the web to figure things out.  I realize printed manuals are a thing of the past, but a nice online manual would be excellent!  

Arlo folks monitoring this community, please forward this request back to engineering.  Thank you.

Furthermore, it would have been nice to see an "Arlo Version 3 to Arlo Version 4 Roadmap" document.  A lot of us were taken by surprise.  Things that used to work all of the sudden started breaking.  This happened to me when I added the Arlo Security System to my previous cameras, base station, doorbell and chime.  I installed the Arlo Security System the day after Christmas, and I'm still trying to dig out!!
