Why can't I subscribe to a plan in Israel?

Hello!
I'M based in Israel, and I saw that I can't subscribe to a plan and record any of my stuff.
I can't understand why this is the situation, maybe someone here can see a fix to that.

Unfortunately Arlo doesn't offer subscriptions in Israel. The country list is here:
Some have worked around this by creating their account using a VPN that terminated in a country where Arlo does have a subscription. Apparently once the account is created, the VPN is no longer needed.
